A few pages on the website appear different. All format is lost and the text seems to overlap. Unnecessary lines and borders are seen.

Solution:

You must be using IE8 browser!

Please click the "Compatibility View" button as shown below...

I am trying to donate amount on the donations page and elsewhere on the sponsor pages on the website. I receive one of the following errors:

1. I get an error popup.
2. I get a Javascript error.
3. Nothing happens.
4. Other..

Solution:

Please make sure of the following:

1. pop-up blocker is disabled.
2. paypal currently works for IE browser ONLY - above IE 5.5
3. Please check the "compatibility view" for IE8 browsers. See picture below...

I am trying to download a audio file / video file. It gives an error page.

Solution:

Please try the following:

1. Earlier versions of Microsoft Vista have issues directly opening an audio file in a "windows Media Player". So try to do a "Right Click" and download the file on to your desktop.
2. Simply try to "Right Click" and download the file on to your desktop and open in WMP.
