HH Sri Swamiji's tour to USA May 15 to June 19th 2007


Sri Venkateswara Saranagathi Deeksha :

With the Mangalasasanams of HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji, Vikasatarangini is conducting Sri Venkatesa Saranagathi Deeksha all over the country and abroad for the sake of Peace and prosperity in every family and on the whole, in the society. This year Deeksha starts from 16th December and it is conducted for a period of 7 weeks by all the devotees. The deeksha ends on 2nd February. HH Sri Swamiji, along with the Devotees who took part in the Deeksha is going to walk from Tirupathi to Tirumala on the last day. Any one who is interested in taking the Deeksha can know more details here. On the request of devotees who are taking part in the Deeksha, this year HH Sri Swamiji is going to visit many places throughout Andhra Pradesh and other states, where many devotees are doing this Deeksha collectively.

Tsunami Relief Mission

- Houses to Poor Tsunami Victims being provided by JET.

- A School is set up in the Tsunami hit fisherman village Kataripalem near Chirala in Andhra Pradesh.

Acharya Seva Yathra :

For Peace and Prosperity all over the world HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji Toured throughout the country from 20 Feb 05 to 12 Feb 06 continuously spreading the glory of Ideal Man 'Sri Rama' chanting 24000 slokas original Ramayana of Va:lmi:ki called Sri Ramayana. HH thus chanted 13 times during the entire year. HH blessed us with highly inspiring discourses on the facts and secrets of Sri Ramayana, every day throughout the 365 days ! KNOW RAMA, THE IDEAL HUMAN !

The conclusion function was held at Nizam College grounds Hyderabad from Feb 6 to Feb 12th 2006 in a grand manner and Sri Ramayana Mahayajna was performed in 9 Kundas for 7 days. The fire lit on the first day ( a year back) was then extinguished after a grand Mahapurnahuthi coordinated by a number of priests and dedicated Swamis. More details here...
