GRAND YAJNA AT SRI RAMA'S NALA SETHU

HH Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamiji, also known as PERIYA JEEYAR SWAMY or PEDDA JEEYAR SWAMY' S ( who is the Guru of HH Sri Chinnajeeyar Swamiji ) 100th Year of Birth day is going to come in 2008. The whole year 2008Aug -2009 Aug  is being celebrated as Jeeyar Sathabdi. After Bhagavad Ramanuja, down in the lineage, came Manavala Mamuni and down the lineage it is only Pedda Jeeyar Swamiji who propagated the Vedic Dharma all over the Country in a most glorious way.

Commemorating His Vision and Commitment for the welfare of the society, Integration of modern Science, Technology with the glorious Vedic systems such that the whole humanity enjoys the benefit, HH Sri Swamiji is setting up JIVA (Jeeyar Integrated Vedic Academy) that is going to be the Unique Resource Centre for all Vedic Knowledge and Practice in a pure traditional way as practiced and taught by all the great sages of lore. Along, with modern facilities of Technology and Research. For all those who wish to fulfill the purpose of their birth in the higher planes of Divinity and Peace, Undistorted, Unbiased, Vedic Essence will be taught to the aspirers irrespective of caste creed or race.

There will be a Meditation Hall in the Centre around which all other projects were being developed. A number of aspirants who wish to contribute something for the welfare of Mankind in general and for the Vedic Cause in particular are coming forward with their ideas, services and resources to materialise the Global Vision of HH Sri Swamiji. Getting highly inspired by the activities and the developments some of the philanthropists have come forward in a big way. Contributing money is not only the criteria, but, using it, in the way that serves entirely in inspiring the people to learn, to get educated to the extent of adopting things into practice the wonderful principles of life, for a peaceful and harmonious society, is the goal.

The first phase of JIVA has to be completed by 2009 at JIVA and offered to Guru on the divine occasion of the Centenary celebrations of HH Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swamiji.   The First phase of the JIVA project has to be launched and dedicated to the Nation and offered to the Divine Guru as a small token of our gratitude and devotion.

DIETIES OF VARIOUS FORMS OF GOD SUPREME AND HIS SUBJECTS that are going to be set up in the JIVA MEDITATION  CENTRE are being sanctified in those respective Divya Desas Divine Shrines viz., Srirangam, Sriperumbudur, Thirukkoshttiyur, Thiruppullani, Srivilliputtur etc... and then they all will be brought to a place near SRIRAMA'S NALA SETHU where a grand YAJNA is going to be performed by HH Sri Tridandi Chinna Srimannarayana Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamiji.

According to Sri Valmiki Ramayana there is a place, now a days called Thiruppullani, where Sri Rama representing the act of an ideal human meditated upon a Seat made of Holy Grass (called Darbhas) to perform surrenderance to the Ocean God, Samudra, so that He can build the bridge upon the seas to reach Lanka. In order to experience and derive the sanctity of this holy place where Sri Rama stayed and memorise this auspicious event, the deities of Sri Kodanda Rama (Sri Rama with his bows and arrows) that are being set up in the centre of the JIVA along with all other deities are being brought here and a Yajna is being performed in the authentic VEDIC WAY according to the AGAMA SYSTEM. Many Sri Pancharathra & Vaikhanasa Scholars of traditional lineage (especially from the South) shall be leading this endeavour.

Thousands of Leaders, Businessmen, Officers and people from all walks of life have already come forward to take the Noble Mission Forward in a big way.

It is being planned to encourage perform many Vedic exercises, setup exhibits for learning, organise many cultural and traditional programmes, discourses etc., during the one month long celebration programme that is going to be organised at Sriramanagaram, Samshabad, JIVA Campus.
