We have been waiting for a whole year to be with the great Jagadacharya Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji. The moment has come and Virginians and Baltimore (Maryland) devotees are blessed by the divine and wonderful activities under the aegis of our beloved Acharya from Aug 15thto Aug 19th.
Aug 15th : Sahasrakalasabhishekam conducted by Priest Samudrala Venkatacharya Swamy with 1000 kalashas with the blessings of H.H. Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji . A wonderful event with over 1000 devotees who participated in the event have enjoyed the bliss. H.H. Chinna Jeeyar Swamivaru explained the process and importance of why so much Milk, Yogurt, Honey, Water etc. used to sanctify the deities. Please visit www.vabalaji.org for latest videos.
Aug 16th : Theertha Goshti followed by Samasrayanams. Several devotees who have been waiting for years have taken advantage and were blessed with Asthakshari Maha Mantra by an enlightened soul. That enlightened soul is none other than our beloved Jagadacharya Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji. There was so much joy and tears and a proud moment for all the devotees who got initiated the Astakshari Maha Mantra.
Aug 16th : Sri Srinivasa Kalyana Mahotsavam in Baltimore – Under the young and energetic leadership of Praveen and Kavitha garu new JET BaltimorePrajna / VT Seva chapter has been inaugurated in Baltimore. During this Inauguration the chapter celebrated Sri Srinivasa Kalyanam not expecting more than 100 to 150 devotees on a work day. To their surprise there were more than 400 devotees participated in the event. H.H. Chinna Jeeyar Swamivaru blessed the participant devotees with Sri Srinivasa moorthis and explained the simple process how everyone can do the Aaradhana once they take moorthis home.
Aug 17th : Theertha Gosthi/Seva Kalam in the morning and Prajna / VT Seva meet in the evening – Prajna students have show cased what they learned during the year. Saikantha Lakshmi garu JET DC Cultural Coordinator with the help of Prajna teachers and parent helpers did put a nice program together before our beloved Acharya H.H. Chinna Jeeyar Swamivaru. Teja garu JET DC - VT Seva Director explained the activities they have done during the year like participating in Cancer Walkathon, Juvenile Diabetis, Earth Day, Mothers Day and on top of all these service activities our VT Seva runs a Chess Club every week. For more details visit www.vtsworld.org
Volunteers Meet – at Gunderao (Treasurer) & Vidya Siripuram (Prasadam Coordinator) residence. All the chapter members and volunteers enjoyed the close proximity of Sri Swamivaru. Sri Swamiji blessed all the team and expressed how happy he is to see all working together and gave mangalasasanams to all to work the same in the future.
Aug 18th : Seva Kalam in the morning and Sri Swamiji’s discourse followed by QA Session in the evening at Herndon Middle School. JET DC has recognized all the volunteers who dedicated their time and service throughout the year.
Aug 19th : Concluding in Virginia -- After Seva Kalam Sri Swamivaru started going towards South Carolina from Virginia. Devotees wished him a safe journey and gave him a warm send off with tears rolling down their cheeks and wished that he would stay in Virginia forever with them. 4 days have passed so fast. Along with the adults, kids felt they were missing a part of them. Devotees left the place behind Sri Swamivaru with heavy hearts.

Aug 20th : In Atlanta Swamiji attended the program where Swamiji conducted sri lakhmi Narayana pujas.
Aug 21st : Swamiji went to see the prajna presentations, where they have show-cased many of the activities kids are learning. Swamiji gave a discourse and visited the homes of 2 volunteers. Then Swamiji reached Cary by road by night 11.45 pm.
Aug 22nd : Sri Swamiji visited the presetigous temple at Cary in the morning and then visited Orlando where Sri Swamiji visited a few devotees' houses along with JET chairman Sriman Gangaraju’s daughter and other famiiy members. Later Sri Swamiji returned to New Jersey.
